This update is over 30 days old.

Operation BBQ Relief ended it's deployment in Rowlett, Tx. We want to thank everyone who volunteered during multiple shifts, supported OBR and our sponsors.

We provided 2600 meals to those in need of hot meals and the first responders. The requests for bulk fell off quite a bit today. Today was our last day of serving food and we closed down our location. More groups arriving to continue feeding and helping these communities.

Our 7 day total was 33,398 meals. Thank You Rowlett Tx and the First Christian Church of Rowlett for hosting us! Thank you Mayor Gottel for coming by again

BELOW is an OLD message ********* Operation BBQ Relief will be needing dry goods. #10 cans of vegetables, foil, clam shell containers, etc.

If you would like to drop off any of these goods, please drop at this location - Bowl-a-Rama 5021 Lakeview Pkwy Rowlett, TX 75089 Attn: Operation BBQ Relief

Map: Click here

Please feel free to share this location. We will have a box truck pick up these goods and take into the area where we are cooking. These fine folks have agreed to let us use their location for a drop off point which is out of the affected neighborhoods.
